One Pan Skillet Honey Dijon Chicken

This recipe for One Pan Skillet Honey Dijon Chicken has just the right amount of sweet and savory flavors. It makes a tasty meal that is also very easy to make and clean up. In a tasty honey mustard sauce, the chicken is cooked just right, making it a family favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • cup chicken broth

  • cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper


Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat


Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side


Remove chicken from skillet and set aside


In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute


Pour in chicken broth, honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, and soy sauce


Stir to combine


Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the chicken


Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through


Garnish with chopped parsley before serving
