Cajun Salmon with Mango, Pineapple, Avocado Salsa

The mango, pineapple, avocado, and lime juice in this salsa make the salmon dish with Cajun spices look even better. It's a rush of flavors that go well with the soft, spicy salmon fillets.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 mango, diced

  • 1 cup diced pineapple

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C

Spread the Cajun seasoning out evenly on the salmon fillets

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat

For 3 minutes, cook the salmon fillets with the skin side up until they turn golden brown

Place the salmon on a baking sheet with the skin side down

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked

Dice the mango, pineapple, avocado, cilantro, red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper and put them all in a bowl

Combine well

Put mango, pineapple, and avocado salsa on top of the salmon fillets and serve

Have fun!
