Half and Half Iced Coffee

Instructions:

Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until lightly golden


Repeat with the remaining batter


In a saucepan, combine the fresh lemon juice, raspberries, powdered sugar, and water


Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, mashing the raspberries with a fork as they soften


Strain the raspberry sauce to remove seeds and set it aside


To serve, fold the crepes into quarters, drizzle with the raspberry sauce, and garnish with fresh raspberries and a dusting of powdered sugar

Mix well to marinate the lamb


Let it sit for at least 15 minutes, or refrigerate for a few hours for better flavor


Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat


Thread the marinated lamb pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating with chunks of red onion and bell peppers


Place the lamb kebabs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are charred and tender


Serve the quick lamb kebabs hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired

High Hat Cupcakes

Enjoy these rich High Hat Cupcakes, which have a chocolate base, a fluffy whipped cream topping, and a shiny chocolate coating. Great for people who like chocolate!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 cup water

  • 24 chocolate cupcakes liners

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C


Follow the directions on the box to make the chocolate cake mix with the eggs, vegetable oil, and water


Put a liner in each of the 24 cupcake cups and fill them about two thirds of the way to the top with baking mix


After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean


On a wire rack, let the cupcakes cool all the way down


Melt the vegetable shortening and chocolate chips together in a bowl that can go in the microwave


Stir the mixture every 20 seconds until it is smooth


Put away


Heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cream of tartar, and salt should all be mixed together in a different bowl until stiff peaks form


As soon as the cupcakes are cool, use a piping bag with a big round tip to pipe swirls of whipped cream on top of them


To make the whipped cream firmer, put the cupcakes in the freezer for about 15 minutes


Once the cupcakes are cool, carefully dip each one in the melted chocolate mixture to cover the whole whipped cream swirl


It will take another 10 to 15 minutes for the chocolate to set on the dipped cupcakes


Serve your tasty High Hat Cupcakes and enjoy them!
